Saturday, in the Penn Quarter will be the annual street festival Arts on Foot. The festival will take place rain or shine from 11am to 5pm in the area between 4th and 14th streets, NW and Pennsylvania Avenue and L Street, NW. During the festival you can purchase visual arts to take home, participate in performing arts through a improv workshop, kids can create their own art, eat some artistic food, or you can watch different perfomances. Lots to see and do! Parking is hard downtown, it will be harder with a street festival closing down some streets, take Metro.
