There is also a way to celebrate the Autumn Moon festival in Washington, DC. The National Arboretum will have a Chinese Moon Festival banquet, special tram tour and viewing of the rising moon on the 7th of October from 5 to 9:30pm. Registration is required and the program costs $36 for adults.
